Question 1: What method on each surface?
The answer should change by surface. Pressure washing is for concrete, pavers and pool decks. Roofs, stucco and screens need low pressure and a cleaning solution.
Eagle Roofing says to clean its concrete tile with water only and never above 1,200 PSI, and the rental machine example from Home Depot runs 2,000 to 2,700 PSI. If a company says it will pressure wash your tile roof, that is a red flag.
- Concrete, pavers, pool deck: pressure wash
- Roof, stucco, screens: soft wash
- Windows: by hand
Questions 2 to 4: Paper, photos and proof
Ask for the quote in writing, listing every surface and the method. Ask whether you get before and after photos. Ask what they need from you.
We send a free written quote from photos, and before and after photos when we finish. We need an outdoor water spigot and gates left open, and you do not have to be home.
Question 5: Do they know Naples rules?
Naples banned gas leaf blowers from October 21, 2021, but it did not name pressure washers. A 2026 Florida law, SB 290, now stops cities and counties from restricting gas powered landscape equipment. HOA rules are separate from that law, so check yours.
A company that works in Naples should be able to tell you what applies and what does not. If you have an HOA, tell the company before the day.
Question 6: Do they actually come to Naples?
Ask plainly whether your street is in range. Naples is at the far edge of our drive from Cape Coral, so we confirm your address first, then send the quote.
